Rainforge Surface Lab (“we”) provides mobile detailing in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What you send us
When you request a quote, the form asks for your name, phone number, email, your vehicle or aircraft, its area or home airport, the service you are interested in and an optional note. If you call, text or message us, we receive what you share in that conversation. We use this information only to reply to you, prepare your quote and carry out the work you book. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email.
How you found us
When you send a quote request, the form also records how you reached our site, such as the Google ad or the link you came from, so we can tell which of our advertising works.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests that do not lead to a booking for up to one year after our last contact, then delete them. For customers, we keep invoices and service records for as long as tax law requires (generally six years after the end of the tax year they relate to).
Website measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how fast our pages load. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages they view and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits and returning visitors apart.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and Google tags on this website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to tell us whether our ads lead to visits, calls, texts or quote requests, and to let Meta and Google show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta and Google may use this information as described in their own policies: Meta and Google.
We do not send the contents of your quote request (your name, phone, email or notes) to Meta or Google.
Your choices
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through YourAdChoices (Canada), the Digital Advertising Alliance, Google, and your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our services and this website are not directed to children under 13.
